The successful candidate will use their digital skills-set to conceive create design all digital marketing collateral for ongoing projects across multiple divisions, teams, sports, and marketing channels. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, insight, and imagination to design impactful marketing assets, while managing multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines. The Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating marketing content that delivers a consistent corporate brand, the brand aesthetic, and the divisional marketing strategy, this includes designing creative assets for social media and all digital advertising platforms.

We prefer that you have experience in a marketing department or advertising agency, however graphic design talent and a firm understanding of deploying time sensitive digital assets is the key.

Experience in Motion Graphics is also preferred so if you have experience in editing videos and basic animation skills, we strongly encourage you to apply!

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Conceive & create visual campaign assets for deployment across multiple platforms including social web and search ensuring quality & consistency throughout each campaign.

Design & manage static and motion graphics for digital deployment across all platforms

Conceive & create graphic mockups, storyboards, and concepts for videos and motion graphic projects.

Create and utilize campaign templates for efficiency and consistency across all platforms including email templates, web, social, and digital ad-packs.

Design and develop of digital sales materials with visual storytelling including product value proposition and call-to-action

Initiate and manage digital creative projects and campaigns from concept, deployment, analysis, and post-mortem review.

Photography experience and photo-editing is a huge bonus.

Experience using digital cameras, studio lighting, post-production editing, compositing, and photo manipulation in photoshop as well as lightroom.

Design and redesign campaigns with a purpose using analytics and testing tools to help you make data-driven decisions for design landing pages layouts and CTA’s and campaign design.

Your Qualifications

Proven digital marketing graphic design experience

A strong portfolio of illustration, graphic design, or other digital design mediums.

Experience using graphic design software and digital art technology (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effects)

Familiarity with digital advertising and social platforms and digital advertising technology (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Mailchimp, Shopify, Google Ads, Bing, Microsoft, Yahoo, or others)

Experienced Web Application Developer – Job Description

Working as part of a team, this role will be responsible for leading software projects from design stage to implementation, as well as being involved in implementing and supporting routine deployments of client applications that are customized to individual requirements.  We are looking for a mature individual with several years’ experience, who has a well-rounded understanding of building web-based applications and can hit the ground running.


  • New Development Initiatives:
    • Working with other team members, will identify and take part in discussions of functional requirements for new functionality / enhancements.
    • Under direction from management, taking functional requirements and technical specifications and planning out development tasks.
    • Writing code and leading QA / debugging activities.
  • Support / Enhancement Activities for Existing Frameworks:

ROLE OVERVIEW – Manager, Inventory Planning & Analysis

The Manager, Inventory Planning & Analysis will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting product demand (based on working closely with Sales Team’s forecasts), developing and owning strategies and financial plans, and working with operations’ capacity constraints in determining make vs buy.

You must be strong in understanding sports and how to adapt well-known retail planning tools into a business that is currently demand-driven for Letters & Numbers by Players & teams.  This is a new key position in the company and has the unique opportunity to fundamentally affect change, increase sales and improve profitability.

You will lead, direct, and set guidelines with key members of Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, buying, analytics and marketing. You will be a key participant in the development and execution of Merchandise plans, including sales, planning, forecasting, product buys, sell thru and promotion planning. We are a company in the midst of rapid growth and we are driving change from what is largely administrative/manual/spreadsheet processes to one driven by automated systems.

Successful individuals will have strong and demonstrable merchandise planning experience in fashion, possess strong analytical skills, exude creative problem solving, and be able to keep pace with an environment that changes daily.  Ability to handle and make sense of massive amounts of data and sku’s is essential.  To develop a completely new planning process from the ground up using excel and leveraging other tools and processes; after which, we would then look to implement other software tools to automate and assist.  A passion for sports is essential.


  • Own sales and gross margin analysis, providing clear analysis and reporting to leadership
  • Create financial demand, sales and OTB plans
  • Maintain OTB inventory management, which requires a strong internal partnership and review of sell-thru, while identifying opportunities for reorders and mitigating out of stock risks
  • Understand and manage inventory across corporate team orders, 3rd party ecommerce channels, as well as the company’s own retail ecommerce sites.
  • Review receipt flows and aged inventory to ensure the right inventory to maximize sales

  • Five plus years of experience as an eCommerce Planner
  • Two plus years of managing and mentoring a team of direct reports
